The sideview of Sony Vaio P matches the paper clip design, though it’s not a fold out device with three panes. It indeed runs on the Silverthorne platform. There are models available with Atom Z530 – Z560 processors with the new addition being the Z560 processor clocked at 2.13 GHz. There’s a trackpad too, on the right screen bezel and buttons on the left edge – meant for two handed operation. The main new feature is the addition of an accelerometer, which adds two main features. Back / forward functionality with gentle shakes and you can now use the device in portrait mode like a book.
